Hi everyone! Welcome!

Today I am deciding to commit to sharing my knowledge and second weight loss journey with all of my subscribers ^_^! I will be sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to this weight loss journey. So here is post #1!

So here's the first ugly. I just ate McDonald's Hotcakes and Sausage. Then I made this cup of coffee which has 10 small sugar packs in it! I know it's a lot but I like my coffee relatively sweet. But here's the positive, I'm drinking an EVOL MOOR Health Solutions Ultimate Recover Elixir (in the jar) (korykconsultants.com). This will start detoxing my liver and cells in my body from the toxins I have been eating. I had a family reunion last week in which I was the Committee Secretary and it was extremely stressful even though the events went very well and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. But due to my Generalized Anxiety Disorder, I was putting extra pressure on myself. I had lost 12 lbs before the reunion, but I had put it back on and plus some after the reunion. This last Monday I weighed myself and I was at 343.2 lbs! But I weighed myself this morning and now I'm back down to 335.8 lbs. Still high, but at least not as high as it was (staying positive).

The lowest I've ever gotten down to was 205 lbs about 3 years ago. But due to a break up at the time I got really depressed and gained all the weight back by eating my feelings. I've had a really bad history of binge and stress eating since I was a young girl. And as soon as I hit puberty my weight exploded and I was diagnosed with PCOS or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome around the age of 12 years old. Having PCOS didn't used to bother me, in fact it made me happy because I didn't have to go through regular menstrual cycles like other teenage girls. But as I got older and learned that it was causing me to be obese and that it makes it feel almost impossible to lose weight, I stopped enjoying it; I have been fighting to get my cycles regular all throughout my 20s. And I will be 30 this coming November.

My goal is to achieve a diet that I can eat long term and turn into a lifestyle. A diet that is constantly detoxing me such as a Clean Eating diet and most likely vegan.

UPDATE: Here is my current Fitbit stats.

Okay so Fitbit is glitchy it has two different sleep times. But the point is I'm not getting 8 hrs of sleep like I used to due to my insomnia. I wake up at like 2, 4, 5, and 7 a.m. most of the time. So my sleep is really broken up.

UPDATE: Dinner was ugly too. Here it is.

I bought Domino's Feta Cheesy bread, and twists (I actually ordered another cheesy bread but they messed up the order). I know it's bad, and it's not natural. But I justified it by saying I'm in the process of moving my belongings and don't have room to store my smoothies that I want to buy. So as soon as I move, I will buy my smoothies and start eating naturally.
