Week 1 Lifestyle Change
So I've been seeing a wellness expert at Signature Health and they recommended that I try eating 5 to 6 small meals per day. I typically burn around 2800-3000 calories per day. Then I subtract 1000 for a calorie deficit which leaves me with eating 1800 to 2000 calories per day. With this information as a guide, I've just been eating 400 calories every 3 hours. New Weight Loss Journey Blog!
Hi everyone! Welcome! Today I am deciding to commit to sharing my knowledge and second weight loss journey with all of my subscribers ^_^!
